		<description>It is true. No signature required under $25 for V, MC and Amex contacless cards.  Only certain kinds of merchants are authorized to accept pay pass presently ie: movie theaters, video rentals, parking garages, c-stores, food stores, dry cleaners and a few others.  As far as the consumer is concerned it is the same as swipng your card except you tap the card against the reader and can choose to get a recepit or no receipt.  It is a very fast transaction since it;s usually connected to a IP connection.  Card issuing banks are beginning to roll out the cards in a big way in 2006.  I hope this helps.</description>

		<description>While I haven&#039;t tried the Paypass, I did have a mobile quickpay (or whatever it was called) for a while. YOu just pass it in front of the gas pump and get started. It&#039;s funny beacuse it cuts a 10 seond thing into 4 seconds, it really is nice convenience.</description>
