Towards a better Google

The following article had a strong title and great suggestions for Google, many of which have been concerns for me and people I know:

7. RSS feeds for web search
10. Give us paid web search support
12. Be more responsive to click fraud complaints
18. Fix Gmail’s “custom from” problem
19. Let Gmail display more than 100 items
22. Stop opening products to everyone, then getting overwhelmed
23. Charge for things!

I’d also suggestion that Google make their API search results more closely match their web search results and that the API be faster and more robust.

    My number 1? Fix your incompetent customer service! They’ve screwed up my adwords and adsense accounts so many times and they’re just a hassle to deal with. They use they leverage and power to bully their customers, not embrace them.
