Cool to see the photos. The only Amtrak train I’ve ever been on didn’t have seats facing the windows. I think that’s neat.

Did you also sleep on those benches?

When we slept on the train from Italy to Switzerland, it was the most strange night ever. Just a little “bed” hanging off the wall 7 feet above the floor. Every train going the opposite direction on the track next to us would come out of the night like…well…a freight train.

This train in the pictures looks like it would be a bit more pleasant.
