		<description>H2M might be worth a look.  CP80 is not, and that&#039;s not just because of its association with Ralph Yarro (though that&#039;s certainly a strike against it).

Ignoring for a moment issues of constitutionality even in this country, and the nightmarish problem of trying to satisfy legal requirements in hundreds of different jurisdictions, CP80 purely on technical grounds WILL NOT WORK.</description>
