What can’t you find in 30 seconds or less?

Insightful quote by Mark Cuban, advocating intellectual self-sufficiency:

“In the past, you had to memorize knowledge because there was a cost to finding it. Now, what can’t you find in 30 seconds or less? We live an open-book-test life that requires a completely different skill set.”

I love this. Google is my number one resource for this concept. Google and having an “I can do anything” uber-problem-solving approach to situations, like… ok, what do i need to make this happen/ where is my information/ ready…. GO!

I can’t tell you how much this resonates with me. Few things bother me as much as dealing with ignorant people in high positions.

Being stagnant in a position is more and more dangerous.
